Recently, my friend Tiburon120 showed me an email he had received from Club Penguin Support! Here is the email.

If you can't read it, the main part says:

Great question! I'm not too sure if we'll see Operation Blackout this year, as it was a pretty specific situation that caused that event to occur. Though we may not see that one, maybe something else will happen with Herbert and the EPF! Do you think Herbert is up to anything right now?

Hmm...maybe in July or August there will be a new party with Herbert! After all, the EPF HQ reconstruction needs to be completed. We can only wonder, and waddle!
